The panels CLADIA® are composed mainly of concrete, ancient and ecological material.
The combination of cement, sand, glass fibers and organic fibers make it perfect for recovery and disposal also through crushing and reuse as substrates or inert materials: this will significantly reduce CO2 emissions and energy consumption. Even in the case of demolitions and regrind, the materials are duly selected, can be remastered and find new life in Zanette concrete panels.
In addition, the entire Zanette production is marked by the least possible energy and environmental impact.
Non-polluting raw materials and low environmental impact production for eco-sustainable products. In the Zanette plants the production process uses "green energy" self-produced from photovoltaic and cogeneration plants with vegetable oil.
CO2 emission control: the panels are the best solution on the market among coating systems, for an environmentally friendly construction both in the production phase and in case of replacement and disposal.
Water consumption: to avoid the waste of water resources, Zanette production manages water in closed circuit with purification. The water consumption for the production of the panels Cladia® is limited to the hydration of concrete and not to processing cycles, therefore it is 3 times lower than that of aluminum and 6 times lower than HPL.
Waste and production waste: The production of the panels generates results that are considered completely inert. Within the design mix, compatibly to the project, we can insert in the recycled material recipe on the outside making the product even more eco-sustainable.
